Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Military background is a plus.
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with working hours depending on the operational needs of the company.
• Mechanically inclined preferred.

Location: Stenstrom Excavation & Blacktop Group, Rockford, IL

Summary: Develop and implement plans and practices to ensure timely completion of concrete projects.

Requirements:

• College degree in business/construction management preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field experience
• AutoCAD experience (Civil 3D)
• GPS-Trimble and UTS experience
• CDL license preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and some experience in project management software, such as Sage Timberline or ProCore.

Location: Stenstrom Construction Group, Northern Illinois Area

Summary: Oversee all aspects and phases of the construction project.

Requirements:

• College degree in business/construction management preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of field experience for ground-up projects.
• Ability to work from blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Project, and some experience in project management software, such as Sage Timberline or ProCore.

Summary: Repairs Cars, Light Trucks and Semi/Dump Trucks, as needed. Also completes routine maintenance on these vehicles.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Diesel experience required.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Experience with truck models: Mack, Kenworth, Freightliner, and International.
• Experience in heavy truck & trailer wiring systems.
• Two to three years light maintenance experience.
• Forklift License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
