Bid Package 1 - Grove Senior Living - Immanuel Residences

The proposed renovations to "Immanuel" consist of moderate renovation of an existing residential 7-story structure consisting of precast concrete plank floors and roof and exterior walls with brick veneer, with improvameents to (120) existing one- and two- bedroom apartments as well as upgrades in common areas and exterior elements

Building improvements include new common area finish upgrades.  Unit upgrades include new kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and finishes  Base building MEPFP upgrades include replacement of major equipment.  Exterior improvements include a new patio area and landscaping upgrades.

Bid Package 2 - Grove Senior Living - Peace Memorial Manor

The proposed renovations to "Peace" consists of the moderate of renovation of an existing 7-story residential apartment building, associated site work and improvements to (150) existing one- or two- bedroom apartments as well as upgrades in common areas and exterior elements.

Building improvements include new common area finish upgrades.  Unit upgrades include new kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lights fixtures, and finishes.  Exterior improvements include new flagpole and lighting and upgrade landscping.
